How to use

Cook the product while still frozen. In a non-stick pan, with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter, it takes approximately 4-5 minutes; turn the fillets occasionally. In a convection oven, place the fillets in an oven dish and cook in a preheated oven at 250 °C for approximately 7-8 minutes, turning them during cooking.

Storage instructions: at -18 °C, follow the recommended date on the bag; at -12 °C, use within 1 month and at -6 °C within 1 week, without exceeding the recommended date. In an ice compartment at 0 °C, the product keeps for 3 days, and in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze and keep refrigerated.
